Reggie is Founder and CEO of Coulsell Investments, an entrepreneurial venture spanning AI, NLP analytics, and gaming hardware innovations. His firm supports established businesses and startups with AI-driven solutions in health care, marketing, services, and consumer markets.
Reggie is currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Fusion Health, where he oversees enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, security, data science, and software development. Fusion Health is focused on delivering innovative services and staffing solutions to the healthcare sector.
As Co-Founder and CTO of FiberFly, Reggie has engineered and managed high-speed internet service infrastructure for rural communities in Texas. His hands-on leadership includes everything from network optimization to physically climbing and rigging antennas on 500+ ft towers.
Crystal Taylor - Chief Operation Officer
Crystal Taylor is a top-tier Procurement and Operations executive with over 18 years of experience in the Defense and Aviation industries. As COO of Coulsell Investments, Crystal drives all operational and change management activities across all Coulsell Investment projects.
Crystal is currently serving as a Staff Subcontracts Manager at Lockheed Martin. During her time in Defense, Crystal has negotiated and managed 9-figure vendor contracts both internationally and domestically.
As Co-Founder and CEO of FiberFly, Crystal manages all field and business operations supporting high-speed internet service infrastructure for rural communities in Texas. Her operational excellence has propelled FiberFly to become the pre-eminent wireless broadband solution in Ellis Co, TX.
