Reggie Coulsell is a technology and operations executive with over two decades of experience leading high-impact initiatives across AI, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. As Founder and CEO of Coulsell Investments, he leads the firm’s work helping established businesses and startups adopt AI in health care, marketing, services, and consumer markets.

Reggie is Chief Technology Officer at Fusion Health, where he oversees enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, security, data science, and software development for a company delivering services and staffing solutions to the healthcare sector.

As Co-Founder and CTO of FiberFly, he engineered and runs high-speed internet infrastructure for rural communities in Texas, hands-on from network optimization to climbing and rigging antennas on 500-foot towers.

Crystal Taylor is a procurement and operations executive with over 18 years of experience in the defense and aviation industries. As COO of Coulsell Investments, she drives operations and change management across every client engagement.

Crystal is a Staff Subcontracts Manager at Lockheed Martin, where she has negotiated and managed nine-figure vendor contracts both internationally and domestically.

As Co-Founder and CEO of FiberFly, she leads field and business operations for a wireless broadband provider serving rural communities in Ellis County, Texas.
